Without circus peanuts, there would be no peanut-shaped candies to grace the shelves of candy stores; no circus-themed birthday parties; no classic circus-themed snacks at the movies; and, of course, no carnival games featuring these sugary treats.
But that's not all. Without circus peanuts, countless children over the years would have missed out on the classic joys of devouring a handfuls of these horrid treats. And the world of advertising and marketing would have looked very different too. Without circus peanuts, countless iconic commercials and ads featuring the beloved snacks may have never been made.
It's clear that circus peanuts have made a lasting impact on our culture and our lives. So while it may be fun to imagine what would happen if time travelers were able to go back in time and stop their creation, it's probably best to just appreciate them for what they are: a horrible tasting snack food that has been dissapointing children for generations.
