The Triumph of the Shark: An Interview with the Survivor of the Santiago Battle

Once upon a time, there was a shark that lived to tell the tale of an epic battle against the brave fisherman Santiago. This shark, known only by his nickname “Big Blue”, was a local hero in the deep sea with a reputation for never backing down from a fight. And Big Blue certainly did not back down when the fish Santiago was after, a large marlin, was spotted in the area. That fateful day, the shark and Santiago fought, tooth and nail, until the fisherman finally gave up and left the marlin in the shark’s care. In this never before read interview, we will learn why Big Blue refused to surrender the marlin, and what he learned from the experience.

I had heard stories of Santiago’s courage and strength, and I knew that he would not surrender the marlin without a fight. I also knew that if I won, I would be able to keep the marlin for myself. So, I decided to take a chance and fight for it.

It was a fierce fight. He was an experienced fisherman, and he fought like a man possessed. I had to use all my strength and skill to stay in the battle and eventually, I was able to outlast him and get away with the marlin.

I learned that courage and determination can be more powerful than strength and skill. I had put my life on the line to fight for something I believed was worth fighting for, and in the end, I was able to come out on top.

Do you have any advice for other sharks (#ad) who may find themselves in a similar situation?

Yes, I do. Never give up. No matter how difficult the situation may seem, if you are determined and willing to fight for what you believe in, you have a chance of coming out on top.

It was my pleasure. I am grateful that I was able to survive the fight and I hope that my story can inspire other sharks to never give up, no matter what they are fighting for.
